Mike Elmer, owner and operator, one man band, irrigation specialist, and expert when it comes to the Central Oregon climate. He has lived in the Bend area for over 20 years and has been in irrigation since 2005 and the construction field as well.

You may find yourself conversing with Erika Elmer, his wife, behind the scenes in regards to billing, estimates, or helping Mike stay ahead of all the inquiries. With her help, Mike’s Irrigation Repair Service has been able to offer their clients online billing options as well as a seamless operation during our almost 300 client list for winterizations each fall.

Tim Elmer has also been a HUGE part of this company (still part owner) and he semi-retired in 2021. You’ll find him occasionally on the job helping Mike out when he’s in town.
